Production-grade AI agents, custom-built per workflow.
We design, train, and deploy AI agents into the systems your team already uses — Salesforce, Zendesk, Snowflake, Shopify. No demos. Real workflows, in production, with audit trails.
Vast systems, precisely built — a manual for the marks, voice, and applied identity of Uudam Inc.
Uudam (уудам) is a Mongolian adjective meaning vast, expansive, wide-open. We chose it because the systems we build are intended to scale — without losing the precision required to ship them.
Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Seattle, Washington, we build custom software systems and AI agentic platforms for businesses that cannot afford to be wrong, and cannot afford to be slow. Our work is measured in weeks shipped, not decks delivered.
This document defines the marks, language, and applied identity used by Uudam Inc and its products. It is a working manual, not a museum piece — read it, apply it, and write back when it needs to grow.
A wordmark, a horizon, and the rules that hold them together.
Use the height of the lowercase “u” as the minimum padding around any wordmark or lockup. Never crowd the horizon.
The mark may scale further down in app-icon contexts, but the wordmark must remain legible end-to-end.
Reverse to Bone on Ink or Pacific. Ember is reserved for the accent “u” in editorial use only — never the full wordmark.
Do not stretch, outline, drop-shadow, gradient-fill, or recolor the wordmark. Do not place on busy imagery without a Bone or Ink plate.
A Pacific Northwest palette: bone paper, deep water, single ember.
A typical surface uses Bone as ground (~56%), Ink for type (~24%), Pacific for accent fields (~12%), and Ember sparingly (≤5%) for emphasis. Moss is a tertiary used in editorial layers only.
A serif for thought, a grotesk for systems, a monospace for spec.
Fraunces sets the headline at opsz 144 with negative tracking. Geist takes the body at 15px / 1.6. JetBrains Mono carries the kicker uppercase at 10.5px / 0.2em — the entire system in one paragraph.
How we sound on the page, on the call, and in the deploy log.
We use the shortest accurate word. We avoid jargon, hedging, and adjectives that do not earn their place. If a sentence can be cut in half, we cut it.
Tone · DirectWe say “shipped in 16 weeks.” We do not say “rapid time-to-market.” The number, the date, the constraint — these carry the credibility.
Tone · ConcreteWe speak from work done, not from work promised. We never use “revolutionary,” “disruptive,” or “next-generation.” The work is the proof.
Tone · CalmOur reader runs a P&L. They want to know what changes, what it costs, and when it ships. We write for them — not for the conference stage.
Tone · UsefulA primary line for the brand, alternates for context.

A product, not a campaign — given its own room within the system.
Custom AI agents, deployed into the workflows your team already uses — billing, support, vendor ops, sales ops. Built on the Uudam practice. Shipped as a product, with a runtime, an SLA, and an audit trail.
Endorsement lockup · “By Uudam” mandatory in launch year
The space is mandatory. The full lockup is opex.ai with a Pacific or Ember stop. In running text: Opex AI.
All public surfaces from launch through 04 / 2027 must carry the “By Uudam” endorsement, set in JetBrains Mono / 0.18em.
Where Uudam runs on Bone, Opex AI runs on Ink. Ember leads the accent. Pacific recedes to support.
Opex AI leans on JetBrains Mono for headers and product chrome. Fraunces is reserved for marketing surfaces only.
The kind of work that earns the brand.
“We needed a partner who could move at our pace and ship a real production system — not a prototype. Uudam delivered the full commerce stack in four months, against a brief that most agencies quoted at twelve.” — published in MedusaJS · Material Bank case study
We rebuilt Material Bank's commerce surface end-to-end on MedusaJS, integrated with their existing fulfillment, tax, and merchandising stack — and handed back a codebase the client owns and operates. The work is the proof; the timeline is the brand.
